Most items are processed and shipped out in 5-10 business days (not including weekend or holidays). Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to holidays, pandemic, bad weather, natural disasters, anything that is out of Glitter Divas Boutique's hands.
Tracking Information
Customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created. Tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and could take 3-5 business days to receive it after your item has been shipped. Also, check your spam folder before contacting Glitter Divas Boutique for the tracking number after 5 business days.
Lost/Stolen/Damage Packages
Glitter Divas Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen and damage packages. If tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must directly contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS .
Any lost, stolen or damage packages must be reported as a claim with USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS.
